A full refund or exchange will be provided for any defective products returned within 30 days of shipment. Upon inspection of the item, if the item is found defective, shipping costs will also be refunded.
Items that are returned within 30 days without defects will be refunded minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. These items must be unused/unwashed and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

and ask for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning any merchandise.
All sales are final for customized products. These items cannot be returned.
